Make the work clear: what you’re doing, why it matters, and how it fits into your season.

A season is more than a collection of sessions. It’s a plan that connects your training, the technical details and the moments you want to be ready for.

The coaching concept brings Sondre’s experience into a personal coaching relationship, with space to understand your goals and shape the work around your setup.
